DNA Testing
Ever wonder about the information contained in those strands that make you, you? We have a licensed pharmacist present who is nationally certified in pharmacogenomics and who can assist you in choosing the DNA panel appropriate for you by using a decision map.
We offer genetic testing to inform on: pharmacogenomics – your DNA profile checked against prescription medications, nutrition, focus, cognition, diabetes & obesity, skin health, sleep, and more. This is all done through a cheek swab: quick, painless! And, your DNA doesn’t change, this is a once per lifetime report that never has to be redone. This s a cheek swab, no blood necessary.
Epigenetic testing is part of the DNA panel offering, but it is slightly different in that epigenetics is interrogating gene expression. The theory is that an individual’s thoughts and feelings are all energy and therefore have power (pun intended) to affect the physical body. A person could do a baseline epigenetics test, then in 4 months come back and retest to confirm whether or not their self-care wellness regimen changed their gene expression from baseline. This test can be done up to 3 times per year to look at gene expression alterations from changes in your thoughts/feelings.
We have partnered with FullScript to offer supplements specific to the findings of your DNA test results. These supplements are validated against any other prescriptions you may be taking as well as are tailored to your specific DNA profile

Also available in this space are the VR goggles and a specially formulated scent - leading to the most incredible full-body experience, igniting all senses.
These tools are amazing for guided meditation practices. All of us need a minute away to de-stress and recharge.
Book a 30 or 55-minute session, whatever suits your needs for the day. Come back as often as you like for this unique, relaxing & recharging experience. The soundtracks are designed for specific outcomes, so each session will be different.

Our Reiki room is available for practitioners to meet with Clients on an individual basis. This room is optimal for Reiki, Crystal therapy, or any modality that is performed with the Client lying down.
These rooms are designed for maximum calming effects for improved outcomes from your session (color, furnishings, art, lighting)
Examples: Sound therapy, Crystal therapy, Reiki, Hypnosis, breathwork, and many other modalities for wellness.

The Consulting Room is perfect for sessions that occur in more of a traditional consulting format. The room is calming, quiet, private - perfect for dialogue with your practitioner.
Examples are: Mindful Nutrition counseling, Astrology - birth chart reviews, Intuitive Readings, and many more modalities that are best conducted in this type of format.
There is seating for 3 clients as some sessions are conducted with couples / family members / friends present.

We have the option to arrange the space as all chair seating, some chair and some mat space (shown), or all mat space depending on the type of session being hosted. This is the space we utilize for Yoga, Tai Ji, Soundbaths, Breathwork, Guided Meditations and Presentations.
